It was all too much, and Hadley was not strong enough. She fell apart in a fit of giggles and laughter again, only managing to nod in reply to Professor Myers. Yes, it was English. At least it was supposed to be.
It was another few minutes before Hadley could stop this laughing fit enough to answer. Only, stuff was happening. Between Blaise and Rooney and others. It was like a trainwreck. A fascinating, enjoyable train wreck that you couldn't look away from. And Hadley Denaker was eating it up, watching the exchanges as if they a tennis match.
It was over all too soon. Blaise and others stormed out. But that wasn't what had Haddie's attention. Rooney. The prefect. Lost points. Almost half of the number of points she herself lost. She was watching him curiously to see how he'd react to that, only to realize she still hadn't answered. Almost all the normal parts had been listed, so rather than repeat those. "Pollen!" That hadn't been said right? She didn't think it had been, but then, she hadn't been paying the best of attention.
With a shrug, Hadley went back to watching Rooney for his reaction to losing points. From Myers no less. Now that was an achievement.
