Janelle was sitting quietly, pondering the day's possible lesson when........Professor Myers happened. For a moment or two, she thought that the evil book that Jasmine had told her about, had returned. Alice in Wonderland? Okaaaay. Then Janelle realized that the professor was just acting, putting on a show for the class. There was a lesson hidden somewhere in his performance. It would have been over, had the students not jumped in. Glad for the temporary distraction, Janelle took this opportunity to get some tea. She figured that all was well now.

When Janelle sat back down with her cup of tea, the first question was posed. Why had the roses turned white after being touched? Her classmates presented some pretty interesting theories. They thought of possibilities that hadn't occurred to Janelle. After giving the question some thought, she raised her hand. "Is it possible that the body heat from a person could make the roses changes.......or perhaps coming into contact with body oils?" Or maybe they were just charmed to change. Who knew? Janelle couldn't wait to hear the real answer though.
