As was his custom, he ignored the professor seated up at the desk, and did not acknowledge anyone here that he already knew; Char, Dora, Katherine Moss (all of whom he was usually on not-terrible terms with) were ignored. The same applied to everyone else as Daxton habitually took up the seat as close to the door - and the way out - as he could get, and regarded in other occupants in the room with the utmost suspicion.
