"I'm still single." He casually answered. The ideas of being someone's significant other had never come to his mind especially that his love life record was... Not that good.
And finally the other former Slytherin joined them. Wait... Why on earth Kinsley thought they were on a date?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Gary couldn't help but laughed. "Nope, we're not." He answered. "I'm not having a date with someone's fiancee that also might gonna be someone's mother." Quote:

Besides, Kat didn't even give a care about the fact that she was the only girl in this conversation. It was something she was used to, since the three of them have been Quidditch team mates before. "How are you?" Kat said, mostly directed to Theo. They needed catching up, after all.
BUT...
Oh, Merlin.
Kat wasn't sure if she wanted to laugh but the thought of her and Garrett DATING? Please. That was less likely, and definitely not something that was ever gonna happen. "You heard him, Theodore. He's single." Just had to point that out because the blonde had never imagined herself going on a date with Mr. Apple Eater. Before Kat could talk, Garrett sort of just summarised everything for her. "Eh, thank you, Garrett... except... the last part." She eyed him for that tiny detail. That wasn't anything near true... well, yet.
Insanity. Did green apples mentally disable people? Because Garrett probably was. "Call me Kinsley. Reminds me of those old Quidditch days, Hudson." He was still referred to as his surname often, of course. It was a sport thing. Kinda rude. Theo kinda felt like he was on a first name basis with the world by now, what with his status and everything. "Yeah, all good thanks. Still broomsticking around." He replied with a firm, ongoing nod. He was desperate to find out about their Quidditch experiences since school, but he'd allow a few more minutes to basque in conversation about himself first.
Oh, okay, no date. Shame. Theo almost choked on his coffee when the word 'mother' was used. Kat? A mother? So soon??! His eyes dropped to her stomach area before realising how rude that was, so he looked back at her face. "Seriously??" His deductions had told him that Gary probably was not the baby daddy, so Theo quickly racked his brains back to Hogwarts days to try and remember Kat's dating history but it had completely disappeared, obviously. Anyway, Kat kinda had dismissed the mother news... kinda... but confirmed the rest? "Who's the lucky fiance, then?" He grinned and had a sudden thought about marriage and babies.
He wondered what his Misses thought about those. He had never asked.
Anyway, grin was still in place as he looked towards Gary who was single. Fair enough, sometimes that was nicer.
....
AHEM. "Still playing the field, ayyyy mate?!" Theo gave him a light punch on the shoulder and a wink. A WINK? Possibly the most laddish thing Theodore had ever done/said.
