Well he had one complaint. And it had everything to do with the spell that had just caught him off guard and bonded his legs together. She must’ve thrown it out before he had removed her disillusionment charm.

He had been expecting this from her, not one to underestimate his opponent. Especially when it was Nana Ichihara of all people. She was perhaps one of the few members of staff James would ever see as a threat in a duel. Though of course this wasn’t something he would admit out loud. She was clever and quick to bounce back on her feet.

Which was evident as she moved to throw another spell his way, which he was able to block with a quick ”Protego,” deciding to keep moving quickly, James threw his own wand in the air once more to send a ”Tarantallegra,” Nana’s way.

Purpose of which was to annoy her with the use of such basic spells. But mainly because he loved a woman who could dance.
