Evan made his way to the office of Lynley Purcell like he had been asked during their meeting a look of calmness fixed in his eyes. Most people didn't like going to speak with their boss especially those that had been the boss for as many years such as himself during his previous job. Not him though, he didn't mind. To him the women was just like the rest of them only with a higher title.

It also helped that Evan already knew he wasn't in any form of trouble or anything of the like. Giving a decent knock on the door he took a small step backwards and waited to be told to enter. Yup manners. He had them.
