If she said she was hungry, she'd be lying. A morning of snacking had done exactly what many adults warned their children would happen; her appetite was shot to hell--but her sweet tooth wouldn't be silenced. Hungry, stuffed, peckish, didn't matter, Alexa would always find room and a craving for sweets. It was for that very reason that the young woman found herself at the dessert bar.

If nothing else, this would be a good time to replenish the supplies of her candy bag. You had no idea how quickly one could go through candy when one decided to stay late at work to get things finished.

No matter how tedious the paperwork still seemed to be, there was NOTHING that could dissuade Lex from the belief that her life as an official Auror was glamorous. Outside of patrols--that she could now do on her own--that led to report writing, it was absolutely brilliant.

Being in no real rush, she sauntered down the row taking in displays while grabbing at almost everything in her path. The longest pause, however, found her at the chocolate frog displays. Maybe....maybe just 10--no no, 12 and she would be done for today...13?
