Teddy's excitement over riding in her car was both adorable and slightly surprising; Lux had never pegged him as the type to go crazy them but maybe she was wrong about that. Or maybe it was the adventures he preferred. Yes, she was going to go with that. "Sure we can. Maybe we can go to the beach some time." DID he like the beach?
Oh well. At the moment solving the mystery was more important. She giggled at his 'deep' voice because well... he didn't have a deep voice to begin with. "Sounds like a good idea, Mr. Holmes," she agreed while trying her hardest to get the voice right; it was a little hard to do this while being a girl. It was also a little hard to search for things while one hand was occupied in creating a fake mustache.
"Hmmmm, what do we have here?" she said as she moved off to one of the outer stones. There was a lot of weeds and grass so maybe something interesting was lurking over here? |
