 Post 3 - drinker Fluttery Pegasi
It was getting hard to think... or rather, it was getting hard concentrate on any one thought. They pranced in and out of her focus with a hazy energy suited for the girl herself.
And then the euphoria hit.
Now she couldn't focus, the room was swaying and spinning, she had a throbbing headache and her stomach was nauseated, but her mind was telling her how amazing it felt. Her brain was all like: This feels great! And Haddie was all: No, brain, it doesn't. It feels awful. Pffft, you're an idiot, this is incredible! HEY! I am not! You're mean!
Isn't Tenacius cute? Yes...
Haddie watched Tenacius work with a vaguely dreamy look in her eyes and giggle a bit, like an idiot.
You should tell him that.
And her brain was back to being a jerk. Haddie's eyes went wide and she shook her head furiously. It made her headache worse. She winced.
Tell him! No!
But then Haddie did tell him, or at least she thought she did. She giggled like an intoxicated fool and reached up and patted his hair. "You have great hair," she told him with another pat to the hair. "Have you considered mass producing your hair and selling it to the needy? I bet you can make a fortune!"
Yeah, because that was sooo much better than just saying he was cute. Shut up brain.
