This was so very interesting. One of them taking the potion and the other making an antidote. Rachel looked up at Esme, already knowing what she wanted to do. But what was this potion they were to be taking? Oh no! One that mimicked a poison? Rachel stared a tad apprehensively at Professor Art. He had proven himself more than capable since his first lesson so she reasoned she could have faith in his words about it not causing serious harm.
"Esme? Is it alright with you if I drink first? I don't feel very up to it to be brewing anything presently.'' The Eagle indicated to her face. She paused for a while, trying not to feel more sad about this and focus on the lesson. "I'm a little nervous about taking the potion,'' she confessed. "But it's what I want to do.'' But only if it was alright with Esme because they were partners in this. |
