Teddy grinned back at Ava, nice and big. He was glad she seemed glad to see him. He wasn't cramping her style, he didn't want to do that. He knew she had a lot of friends, he didn't want to be getting in the way. And then he did something he didn't usually do. He reached to the side and gave her a quick hug. He hadn't realised how nice it was to eat with her. It had only been over a month since they last ate together at the same table, at home. It was nice.
He heard Zander's name and nodded, knowing that he had realised it must have been Zander. Unless she had found another crush. "Chocolate frogs!" he gasped, and reached for one she was offering him. "Are you sure?" he asked, not wanting to take her gift from her. "Thanks."
"So... how is Zander going? Is he at University?" he asked. He was most interested in people's post-Hogwarts plans. He had already set up a mind map of how he could achieve his ultimate goal.
