Kaycee looked at the lump of clay and blinked. Several times. She wasn't about to spit in something she was going to mold. She also wasn't in the mood for a haircut. So really, crying was the only option.
This was going to be just a bit embarrassing.
She knew she'd be able to cry. She just didn't know if she'd be able to stop. But... like... here was to making a friend right?
She stared at the clay and began thinking. Of home. Of New York. Of her poor puppy. Sniff. Before she knew it there were tears dropping on her clay. She leaned forward at her desk in an attempt to hide her face. She was not a pretty crier.
Get a grip, Richards!
She quickly wiped her eyes and folded her clay in two. She had to hide the evidence. She then fanned her face a few times. Okay. Yes. Okay. Recover.
