Once all the leaves were collected in a pile, Esme went about placing them where they belonged with the other yard waste. They were making really good progress in cleaning up the classroom.
It made her Hufflepuff heart proud.
Now what should she do....?
Considering planting those lovely daffodils, she looked around and spotted Azura with a Slytherin boy (Colt). "Wow, that mural looks amazing," she told her friend as she approached them. She was very impressed. "Maybe I can make one beside yours!!" That would be so much fun. She could do something really pretty even if she wasn't much of an artist.
"Hey, I'm Esme!" she added to the boy, realizing that she hadn't introduced herself. Humming to herself, Esme got some yellow paint and began to apply it. This was going to be amazing. |
