Children already throwing questions at his empty frame before he was even in it. Impatience at its best. Sighing, he slipped back into view and assessed the three students peering into his frame and he jabbed a finger at the younger boy. “You are too close,” he barked. “Back up.” How would he like to have someone in his personal space like that? “Well then?” Let’s get on with the questions then, hmm?
Olly grinned when Norah joined him by the portait.
"Hi Norah!" He greeted the Hufflepuff prefect enthusiastically. It had been a while since he'd talked to her. Which was sad. But yay she was here now, along with another Hufflepuff boy Olly did not know. But they were missing the key member of their group, which would be the man in the portrait himself. But they didn't have to wait too long before he showed up.
"Oops, sorry." Olly backed up a reasonably amount. He was glad that the subjects could not leave their portraits or Olly surely would have gotten jabbed in the nose. But now that the man was here, they could ask him questions. Norah's was a good one, Olly wanted the answer to that too. But he needed to ask some of his own as well.
"How long ago were you born?"
