I hereby grant permission for my daughter __Jeslyn Kallisti Champbell____ to participate in a Gryffindor Retreat to Godric's Hollow from November 28-29. I understand this retreat is optional and attendance by my child is not required, nor will it affect my child's position or grade at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry if my child elects not to participate.
