Grace knew that she needed to be fast. It was nearly curfew, and she didn't need to be caught out of bed. She knew she still had enough time to get back down to the common room. If she was fast and didn't get distracted. But she'd wrote all of her letter, so she was pretty sure that there were going to be no distractions. Grace carefully tied the letter to Snowdrop's leg. "Go straight to Caleb. Don't get lost on the way...." Grace murmured, stroking the owl, before letting the owl fly away. She hoped to get a reply from Caleb soon.
Hearing someone cough behind her Grace jumped, she hadn't been expecting someone to be up here. But as she heard the voice she knew who it was. "Don't worry Prefect Paton. I'll be back before Curfew...." The older Paton murmured, and she spun around and grinned at her brother. "Good to see you taking your duties seriously Frankie"
