Since bumping into each other on the way to their first lesson together after the failed setup, Frankie and Hady made sure to do whatever they could to prevent such a situation from happening again. They avoided each other everywhere they went, leaving the room if the other was already there or refusing to make eye contact or speak during classes they had together. In spite of their efforts to forget the past and pretend that the other didn't exist, fate had something else in store for them the moment Professor York summoned them to her office one evening.
