Post 2- Mentions of Kaylee, Davie, Callum Lil' gooz | Sarangel | Junior Dweeb She did it! Kaylee did it! Norah held her hand out to give the girl a high five and a huge smile before returning to her own cabinet, which was unlocked and just WAITING to be opened. "Congratulations! That was awesome." For sure. She couldn't remember learning this particular spell, but most of the time she never got anything on the first day of trying. Or not completely right, at least. This stuff was super duper hard, especially at the beginning.
She reached into the cabinet and pulled out a little box. Oh man. It was ADORABLE. She held the itty bitty box close to her chest just to appreciate its smallness (small things were automatically cute, okay?) just as Davie Truebridge left the room following that baby Kettleburn one whose name she absolutely could not remember, but was definitely a Kettleburn. She'd WATCHED that sorting, uh huh. Anybody who yelled so excitedly for their sibling was automatically a kindred spirit. She'd decided. No doubt about that one. A small wrinkle appeared between her eyebrows as she watched the door, waiting for it to swing right back open, but it didn't. Were they okay? Was the baby Kettleburn sick? Did they need help? Was something going to EXPLODE?
With her small box still in hand, Norah made up her mind and marched over to the door, completely ready to do some helping, but just as she got close, the door swung open and both of the boys were back again. Huh. That was strange, but she wasn't going to question it 'cause it sure looked like they were good little muffins and had everything under control. The sixth year speed-walked back to her cabinet, trying to look as if she'd just been taking a stroll over to the door--y'know, for fresh...door air--and watched from there as both boys successfully completed the spell and all was right with the world. WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE. She considered giving the baby Kettleburn a thumbs up for all his BIG SUCCESSES, but decided against it 'cause they hadn't even been officially introduced yet, and instead turned her attention to the cabinet. That need to be locked, uh huh.
