Do you know what Blaise Bellaire got from Airey's speech about Gryffindors rising to power? That past Headmistresses ad Headmasters have had shoddy judgement. That....that was about it. Unfortunately--or rather quite fortunate at this moment--he didn't think it was something he needed to share so 'round and around the eggs went on his plate, running into everything else at some point or the other.
Perhaps he shouldn't have taken the pancakes. They were making it rather hard to shift the smaller items around without effort and it didn't seem they'd be going down the hatch anyway.
A part of him wanted nothing more than to say only the losers at the Ravenclaw table seemed to mind the food fight, with some even thanking him after--and that a NEW Professor had been cheering him on but there was no point at all. The Professor wouldn't care, he wouldn't consider it, he'd just dismissively remind him he was a bully. A clearly very awful person like that girl at Wizarding Prep with him and Bentley. To think he was on her level was nearly unbearable. The boy didn't think he'd done anything THAT bad.
