As Esme continued to dust herself off, she nodded at what the girl was saying. "As far as I know this is where the ghosts go," she agreed. She tried to peer inside, but it looked super dingy. Yep, definitely for ghosts. She could smell the mildew from here. "Maybe they are lurking nearby... I hope we can see the Friar because he's so nice!" He was definitely her favourite of the ghosts though she did like the others - The Baron not so much because he was scary.
"I wonder if they would mind if we added colour to the room." Esme had no idea and she wasn't sure if that would cause them to get into a lot of trouble. She knew now important the ghosts were and how much trouble you could get into if you were seen as being disrespectful to them.
Echo. That was an interesting name. Esme liked it. "I really like your name!" Thinking about it, she had seen this girl in classes before. They weren't in the same year, but were close enough.
Echo was pretty sure that's were all the ghosts went?
"yeah I thought so too? but theres like no one around?" still looking in there she smiled.
"the Friar is totally cool but some of them aren't so nice" she giggled.
Trying to make her way in the room she was stopped by an invisible wall.
"hey, what was that" she rubbed the end of her nose.
"that kind of hurt" she laughed while she still had tears in her eyes.
"i wonder why they wont let us in, I guess we cant decorate for them" "thanks we both have amazing names" she said while still looking in there.
"hello?? any ghosts?" she said looking deeper into the room. yup it was in need of some color that's for sure.
