Ella had been wandering the park for ages trying to calm Cecelia, who after eating hadn't settled down like she'd hoped. Motion, she'd learned, seemed to be the one other trick up her sleeve that had a calming effect and so she'd taken to walking when the baby got finicky. Today's stroll having been the longest yet, though the new mom was enjoying the fresh air.

Once the newest Summers had been lulled to sleep, the former badger pushed her stroller towards the nearest park bench and flopped there. This was good. This was nice. She'd just rest here for a while and enjoy the silence.
