He knew this was coming. Benny had dreaded the thought of it but he knew it was coming. It was the last hurrah, and while he supposed much had already been said in what he had given to Zander for the article, he still needed to do this. He was sure Adi had thought it over all term, but he himself had only managed to focus on it the last day or so after exams. Even though he had been up all night to finish his thoughts so it was a long time.

Anywho, he approached the memory book at a spare moment and paused as he grasped the quill. He briefly read what others in his class had wrote, managed a smile at Adi's before moving on. This was it, he reminded himself, pressing quill tip to parchment and began writing.

My fellow Gryffindors, the extended family and pride I never knew I wanted but never took for granted. Best of luck and keep up the good work. Make me proud to continue being a lion even after graduation.

AJ – You were my best female friend. The tough girl who made Gryffindor house interesting and my best friend very happy. Please don’t hate me too much for how things worked out.

Angel – I meant every word that I ever said to you. I loved you…you were my first love. I have no regrets with us other than hurting you with the truth that you deserved someone else. I hope to hear that you get that worldwide tour of the world’s plants, with or without Bentley.

Zander – My dorm-mate and friend. My lion brother. We did it…made it through the seven years and even though we no longer are surrounded by these familiar four walls, we still can make it.

Adi – What can I really say? You have been a crazy and wonderful blessing for the better part of 6 years. We’ve had the good times and the bad, but I wouldn’t change what we’ve been through together so far and I look forward to everything that is to come.

Henric – We may have not started off on the right foot, but I’m glad that Adi got through to us both. My fellow dragon enthusiast , I’m sure we’ll keep in touch, and maybe perhaps we’ll work together someday.

Paulina – I only knew you for a short while, but you managed to get through my shy exterior. We had some good times and I wish you the best of luck.

Brooklyn – Be wary of swamps growing where they shouldn’t be. And always be good to the kind saviors that happen your way.

To all my professors that I’ve had over the years….thank you for all that you have shown me. Special thanks to the following:

Professors Bentley and Flamsteed: for being the best heads of house a Gryffindor could ever want.

Professor Culloden: for showing me an appreciation and understanding of potions despite my past

Professor Glendower: for taking the time to fix Adi and I.
