Lynley was glad she had her pets to focus on, because otherwise, she'd be a ballistic human ball of EXPLOSIVE RAGE right now. That 'lady'....ugh. Seriously...no manners. Lynley hadn't called EITHER of them 'BOY' had she? No! Because it was RUDE. And what Mr. Bellaire had to say was so profoundly ignorant and idealistic that she didn't even grace it with a response.
"Fifteenth...I can restrict the floos of....Knockturn. I can...well there are NO authorized portkeys for that time. Apparition will be harder to contain...unless, of course, we put charms up that inhibit apparition from in or out the area...but that...would that make it more difficult for you all to..." she shook her head and stepped off the chair, her anger subsiding as she thought. "If I restrict apparition..it won't make things harder for you, will it?" she asked softly.
Lynley Purcell might be hard, but she certainly had her reasons for being overly cautious about things....
She crossed over to behind her desk and pulled out some paperwork...."Elliott Rainey had come to me...before he left, about apparition...restricting it and whatnot." She missed Rainey. She didn't know Emily Browne well at all....hmph.
