Dora was kind of super excited to see Uncle Sabel, okay?! She practically bounced into his waiting area, a small parcel in her hands. Shifting said parcel she knocked hard as she could on his office door and bounced some more. Also... "Uncle Saaaabellllll!! It's Dora Umbridge!!!! " You know... just for good measure and all. Maybe he didn't like ALL of the students. Mhm. He definitely liked Dora though, so surely he would answer the door quickly??
