Transfiguration wasn't one of Dot's strongest subjects, and she'd kind of hoped to get the help of one of her Ravenclaw homies for the current assignment. Of course, said homies were not available and she'd been forced to find a quiet place where she wouldn't be spotted by classmates who didn't understand that sometimes practice was required to make perfect. This hallway, for example, suited her very well.
Dot spread her robes on the floor to make a comfortable seat, and she was glad she'd dressed warmly beneath them. From her bag, Dot dragged out a stuffed unicorn and placed it squarely in the hallway. Now. Then. What first? She probably should start with one of the easiest spells and maybe work her way up. If she even got that far.
"Vera Verto," she over enunciated the words and tried to imagine the sparkly unicorn turning into a sparkly goblet. One tap, two tap, three taps. Aaaaaand nothing. Awesome.
