Ellery was totally decked out, with red ribbons and silver tinsel intertwined in her ever-present pigtail braids, complete with bells on her ponytail holders. She was wearing an explosion of red and green, some representing Gryffindor and Slytherin (stolen/borrowed from Olly), and some from other pieces of miscellaneous clothing. She had stolen some red lipstick from an older student, too, and was mischievously showing off her rebellion by smirking a whole lot.
Olly was going to join her, and then she was going to wait until after the feast to give him her special sibling present for him. She was AWESOME at finding and making presents. But he wasn't here yet anyway.
"DANTE!!!!!!!! Happy Christmas!!!!" she said excitedly, wrapping her arms around him as soon as she got close enough. She nodded at David, the other first year there, and offered him a full-frontal view of her pearly, lipsticky grin. Then she turned her eyes to Charlotte (or Dot, she had observed), who was also decked in tinsel.
"Nice shinies." Closest she was getting to wishing her a Happy Christmas.
