So now it was time to find out what this dream thing was all about. The young Gryffindor sipped at his tea while he revised his meanings. Unfortunately he'd never found one for surfing but he could pretend it signified being free because of how great it felt being on a board out in the waves with nothing stopping you.

It was just...everything else.

"That's enough." Blaise told his quill. He couldn't think with it scribbling away above him like that. It tempted him to break his concentration just to see whatever it might have uncovered which...well, it was distracting, obviously.

I think it means I shouldn't get married...but I wasn't gonna anyway so I think it's okay--and maybe that's what the whole warning about wrong courses from my mother is coming from. SHE knows I shouldn't get married too because of all the success and good fortune I'm gonna have and you know something? That probably means she's telling me I'll have more success if I stay away froms girls--a specific girl--my wand. It ALL makes perfect sense now 'cause see, my wand's a girl and she nevers listens to me so I never get spells right but if I GOT RID OF HER then I could get a new one and I wouldn't look so stupid in all my magic lessons I stopped going to anyway. Oh Merlin, this has been an eye openner. Marriage obviously means my bond with my wand and it IS a calamity.

Mind...blown.
