"Okay, now you're just making stuff up," and no, Zander would not be convinced that there was in fact a position for Head Babe and Head Dude. "I mean, seriously I'm flattered 'n all... and I'm sure Soph will be too, but I reckon Botros wouldn't be too happy if people went around calling his Heads some weird nicknames." The thought did make him smile though, the only nickname he thought he was capable of achieving was definitely Head Screwup.

Ahem.

Zander attempted to read over what Davie was writing, but before he could make out any words other than 'Head Boy' the parchment was all rolled up. Rats. "Oh," he nodded, still not entirely convinced. Who else would he be writing to, huh?

What, had Davie said something wrong? He read the Head Boy's face with an equal expression of confusion. "I'm not making anything up!" he protested lightly. Wait, did Zander think he was the Head Dude? "Noooooo, nonononoooo," the first year chuckled. "Evie is the Head Babe, and Benzi is the Head Dude! Isn't that how it works?" Oops, he wasn't supposed to tell anyone about these titles, that was what the Head Babe had said, but he'd forgotten that part until just now.

Uh huh, some things Davie could keep secret. He walked over to a different owl and after giving it a few gentle strokes to befriend it, gently attached the scroll to its leg. "Genny Tate, no rush or anything," he told the owl quietly, sending it on its way before turning back to Zander. "So, do you know what you're doing after Hogwarts?"
