That this innocent looking face looked like a prankster to him? No, right? Oh he can proved it? "Well, lets hear it then." His evidence. Scent? SAY WHAT NOW?! Candice looked at him like the Hufflepuff grew another heads. They have the same exact smell? She's not sure whether she should be flatter or offended by it. Probably the least. Firewood smell mix with other odd smelly things? "EXCUSE *poke* YOU *poke*, MISTER! *poke We Gryffindor didn't smell like that." Cue another HARD poke. And she was pretty sure her perfume didn't smell like Firewood. "I think you just make that things up. Because you just a sore loser. You got pranked just get over it." Stupid Hufflepuff. She got issue with Hufllepuff? "My brother was a Hufflepuff." Its kinda sort of answering his question right?
PUHLEASE! His housemate certainly could do that prank. If he's a good detective he should knew that everyone was a suspect here including his housemate. But unfortunately Nicolei was not a smart detective. Or a smart person in general really. "Just think about it. Its in your house table. And its still early. Gryffindor dorm is WAY up in the tower." Just looked at her house table. There's still a very few people there. So its no likely a Gryffindor. Most of the Gryffindor were still sleeping or just woke up. "While Badgers Common Room was near the kitchen and its closer to the Great Hall." Did he get what she's trying to say here?
Washing her tongue with a soap? Oh, she's SO gonna write her brother about his former house behavior. "And why would I wash my tongue with my soap?" That's just stupid.
Afraid? Her? NEVER! "Pranks is not my game." When she's a first year maybe but she's not fifteen years old. She knew better. "And I'm not afraid. Especially of you." What's to be afraid of? She's a Gryffindor. "I'm not admitting anything." Especially not defeat from a like of him.
Not her? Cue another eyes roll. "I just don't want to catch your stupidity virus." Nope. Thank you very much.
Oh no! Not the poking attack again! Help! He tried his best to dodge her dreaded 'vampiric fingernails' again, but she managed to break through his defenses, each time hitting him squarely in the chest more harder than before. Ow! Ow! Goodness, what was wrong with this girl? Didn't she know that this was considered bodily assault in the eyes of the victim?! He almost swore out loud
"Bloody Bowtruckle Hands!" at her but Henric wouldn't lose his temper. Nope...not yet. Y'know why? Because he was a proper English gentleman! And proper English gentleman shouldn't swear in front of a girl. Besides, there were too many eyewitnesses here in the Great Hall.
Made things up, she said.PFFT. He wouldn’t spare a glance her way if he hadn’t detect the familiar scent of a Gryffindor from that teacup.
"I do admit this is a good classic prank pulled on me but I certainly do not make things up without reason nor am I a soreloser...I'm just giving leeway to the person who did it to accept my humble challenge. That is all." Yup. Proper.
What?! She had a grudge on her brother and she taking it all out on their house?
“You’re joking, right? All this hostility against our house was because your brother used to be in Hufflepuff?”he asked her in incredulous tone. Woah...all this pent-up frustration towards her made him feel really thirsty so he grabbed someone’s pumpkin juice from his house table and chugged it all down.He finished the drink and slammed it back down again on the table.
"You're really think my friends from Hufflepuff did this? You obviously not here long enough for you to come up with that biased conclusion."His voice filled with slight contempt when he said it. Why did she come back to Hogwarts again? Just...why.
Narrowing his eyes at her. Who was the dimwitted one here?
“Haven’t you notice you have a vocabulary of foul smelling words that need to be wash out first before you talk to people? How would they think of you if you keep calling people stupid?”
Henric smirked and leaned his face closer so only she could hear him,
"Careful,Messer...you don't want to end up regretting your words." Leaning back again, she could see his eyes gleaming with pure mischievousness.
"You will soon enough." He was determined to get even with her.
He scoffed.Stupidity virus? That was rich coming out from her.
"Whatever Messer, I'll find a way to get your handkerchief back to you even if you don't want it."
