Potions HW #1 Gaga Mafia Monster : MURPHY : Kelvin's SS!BFAM : Roro's Evil Twin : Ravlyndor : Gopher Milo was confident in his Potion and so was Culloden apparently since he was able to take his own but the thought of turning into an animal for an hour or so was not something he had really thought much about. Milo, who was someone who thought a lot about something before doing it so very often, was a little freaked out about doing this right now. But it had to be done, plus all of his friends were doing it now too and he didn't want to look like a baby. He wasn't, just liked to plan things down to the 'T' ahead of time. "On the count of three," he agreed with a shaky nod to the other boys. "One...two...three!" He tossed the potion phial back and the contents poured into his mouth and immediately down his throat. He had been told it was best, taste-wise, to do this with potions because some ingredients weren't always pleasant to the tongue.
Davie and Sabbath must have taken their's milliseconds before he had because they were already changing as Milo began to panic and feel his vision changing but had they just turned into...an Eagle? A WOLF?
Ah! Milo felt a weird pulling sensation in his mouth and nose area and his teeth growing sharper. He was slowly shrinking, his line of vision becoming more level with the line of the bed mattresses and then just slightly below that. He went down to all fours and felt the robes fall off of his body, but instead of being chilly without them he was still warm. He looked down and saw four tiny, black padded feet and a slight glow of orange. His eyes also seemed different and when he blinked a few times he could tell that they were much sharper (he could see the lines of the wooden floor better and even a mouse trying to peek it's way out of the lavatory on the other side of the room. This was actually kind of neat. Slowly and steadily, Milo tried to walk over to the mirror to see how he looked. He stumbled a bit, it wasn't easy to walk on all fours at first, but finally made it to the glass. He had become a full-fledged, flaming orange Fox! |
