Janelle listened as the professor and her classmates gave their thoughts on Transfiguration. She liked the subject, but it was difficult and she had to work extra hard to do a good job in the class. Janelle almost forgot and raised her hand. Then she remembered the maracas on her desk. She would definitely not be singing in this class or any other. When the student who had been talking stopped, she shook her maracas to indicate that she had something to say.

"I like Transfiguration in general, but what I don't like is that I have to concentrate about five times more than I do in any other class. Like the professor said, if you aren't 100% focused, things could go very, very wrong." Keeping her focus was always a challenge for Janelle, Transfiguration took it to another level entirely.
