Even though it hadn't been that long since he had seen his family at his sister's wedding, Henry was still a little bit homesick. He wouldn't outright admit that though, and he still was having a fun time at Hogwarts so far. Everything was so interesting! But he thought a little communication home might help.

It had been a little while since he had gotten a care package from mom, so he thought writing home might prompt something in return. And up to the owlery he headed with his completed letter in hand.

Maybe he could talk his parents into getting him an owl next summer, or even at Christmas, but for now he had to use a school one. As he entered the owlery, Henry noticed a girl already there. "Hi Ava!" he grinned. "Are you sending a letter home too?" His eyes looked up at the rows of perches. Which one should he choose?
