Marsha had mixed feelings about Charms. She adored it, but she wasn’t sure if that was because she loved the way that Professor Thompson had taught it and had subsequently helped her to learn it both in and out of the classroom… HOWEVER, she was super excited about learning from the new Professor - and she hoped to catch a few words with Professor Baxter at the end of class. Yup, busy beeeee.

Moving up to the large positive yellow wall, she tapped one of the Markers against her lip as she thought about what she loved about Hogwarts.

I love our ability to come together as a team when it is needed. We are one large family crazy cousins and all.

Hehehe. Just like her own family. Bwahha. Gryffindor may not as crazy or big as her own - but when you included everyone and not just them, they were bigger. Maybe that is why she felt so at home? Hmmm… Maybe.

Picking a multi-coloured star sticker, she put it just to the side of her eye, and moved into the classroom. Taking a seat about half-way back, she figured she would be joined by someone she could swap her tie with… and if that was someone from her own house then she would start looking around for someone else to swap with.


Just as she was writing down her favourite Charm, an older… Ravenclaw sat down next to her. Awesome! She could swap her tie with him… hopefully? Leaving him in peace until he finished writing up his place name, she shot a quick glance at it before speaking. ”Hi… Rory.” Smilesmile. ”It’s nice to meet you. I’m Marsha!” More smiles. ”I was wondering if you would like to swap ties with me? I promise I’ll give you it back.”
