Ilia had nearly hidden herself on the journey back this year. She didn't know what compartment Henric had ended up in , so she hid herself in the quietest place that she could. Even in the carriages, she saw him get in with Adi but didn't bother to call out to them. It was just easier to hop in a carriage silently and not talk to anyone.

She was honestly probably over thinking and brooding way more than a fifteen year old girl should, but couldn't seem to help herself. She was excited to be back, but also uncertain. Each place held positive memories, but the Great Hall also held negative ones of last term.....she still found herself keeping an eye out for webs. Also there were things to think about from the summer spent with Henric....Things that her and Adi talked about.....Things that she supposed she knew all along but had been uncertain of. This year possibly held a lot of big things for her and she didn't mean just O.W.L.s.

She knew that she could probably find Henric at his house table, but something in her didn't want to just yet. She presumed that he would be with Adi and she figured that she would just find a seat at her own house table.

She saw a boy that she didn't recognize from last year (Colt) standing, seeming to be long for someone. Next to him, there was a fairly large and cushy empty space that seemed inviting. Without saying a word, she sat down but then thought better of it. "Hello." Her social skill set towards strangers hadn't improved much, but the naturally shy and quiet snakette was trying.

She heard Adi's voice carry across the table and smiled to herself. She was glad that he hadn't seen her just yet, but there was something comforting to her about the older boy's presence. Looking to her other side, she noticed her best friend approach the table. Was he trying to find her? Part of her wanted to hide and watch him, part of her wanted to run over and hug him, and part of her just wanted to pretend that she didn't see him and wait for him to come find her. She decided to solve her dilemma by doing none of the above, and simply waving to him with a soft smile. What he did about it, was up to him.
