Colt first year at Hogwarts and yet he was gonna go into his third year. Not confusing at all and this task wasn't daunting or anything. He didn't want to show his anxiety or anything because that wasn't manly or anything. He was trying so hard to deny he was nervous but come on anyone would be starting a new school. He got all of his supplies and stuff in his trunk and got his owl stowed away but now he saw carriages. He tilted his head in confusion and thought it was odd to be using carriages to go to school. As he climbed on, he saw one other person was in here. She seemed to be his age.He gave a small smile and polite nod and sat across from her. Crap he didn't bring anything to do. Now what he was gonna do. He saw the girl had snacks and his stomach rumbled. He wished he packed snacks. That girl was smart. He needed to make some type of conversation or else she was gonna think this creep is starring at her. He cleared his throat and said, "So did you get those from the train?" Smooth Colt veryyy smooth.

Her ankle was fully healed, though she still didn't want to dance, her parents let her come back to Hogwarts, she had grown about two inches over summer. So far, things were going pretty good. Swimming through the sea of people, Timmy jumped onto a carriage, not realizing who was in there. Adjusting her robes, the blonde spoke.

"Kate! You came back!" The small blonde jumped on her friend's lap and hugged her tight.
Kate had been settled into her new seat for all of half a minute when she saw someone else joining her. OH, GOOD. She didn't have to worry that she'd end up riding alone with nobody to talk to. Oh, and look! It was a boy and one she didn't know yet. She returned his smile and had just started thinking about what she should say to him, when she heard a low rumble from his stomach. Yeah. She knew that feeling. Well, last year, because this year, she had snacks!
"Oh, these? No, I got them the day before the train in Diagon Alley," she answered.
"Do you want some?" She held out her hand, and in it was a small selection of candy.
"You can have this handful if you want. I'm saving my appetite for the feast anyway. I'm--..."
She was about to tell him her name was Kate, when she heard the sound of Timmy calling out that very name.
"Well, now you know," she said to the boy, smiling. Kate laughed when Timmy practically jumped on her and gave her a hug.
"Of course I came back," she said, hugging Timmy in return.
"I can't let a few Acromantula get me down." FEW. Yeah. That was an understatement.
"So how's it going? You want some candy?"
