As she was talking she felt the pain. It was an odd sort of pain...one followed by an extreme want to scratch where the pain was coming from. Chewing her lip and trying with all her might not to scratch she glanced at Daisy about to tell her not to touch the bumps she noticed she had too. Before she could though she was pulled aside by someone. Kate. She remembered her from the summer trip to Loch Ness.
"Yeah, yeah I'm okay. Itchy but okay. Uh did anyone else touch any cobwebs...I know you did Daisy it was all over your hands..." She looked at each girl in turn and then to Abby just noticing she was there too. "I think the webs are causing the rash..." Hady crinkled her nose in annoyance as she used her wand arm to rub at her cheek where it was incredibly itchy. She couldn't help it! "Don't remind me," she muttered, when Hady brought up pastry snacks. Her hair was still uneven from the cauldron cake debacle of 2085. Her clean hand reached for her hair, touching the patch that was still growing in from where it had been yanked out courtesy of a cauldron cake and Noah. The hair was taking it's sweet time growing too.
In the light, Daisy could see that Hady was biting her lip. She continued to scratch at her hand, spreading the cobwebs to her other hand in the process. "What's wrong?" she asked, not realizing that she too, was making a face. The itch turned into a burn that itched and burned and itched and burned and itched...it was a vicious cycle. Daisy had no impulse control and therefore could not stop herself from itching. Quote:

She gently grabbed both Hady and Krell's arms and tried to pull them into a safer direction. The cobwebs weren't going to try and eat them alive, were they?! "Are you okay?" she asked them.

Something grasped Daisy by the elbow and she was yanked back just as she was about to start rubbing her right foot (the one that had lost the shoe) with her left. "Oye!" she called out. "What's with the man-handling?!" She struggled a little, wanting to scratch more but unable to do so with the girl holding onto her arm. Instead, she started rubbing her right hand on her jumper, spreading cobwebs around. Yes, poor Daisy wasn't very good at impulse control...
