Okay... well... yes, that was a good point, but it still didn't change the fact that the atmosphere in the room had Toby all sorts of anxious, even though he couldn't rightly say why. But that was the only reason he wanted to get this over with. And he wanted to see Bob again with his own eyes, sooner rather than later. AND... and they'd already all done the sieve thing, so technically they'd already learnt it.

All of these things were things that Toby did not say. Nope, kept them right to himself. Kept the fact that he didn't actuaaly want to find out if anyone was guilty to himself too.

In fact, when the professor turned her back to the majority of the room in order to do the sieve thing again, Toby may have accidentally-on-purpose nudged his notes, quill and textbook off his desk. Immediately, he ducked down under the desk to pick it all back up again. He was just gonna... take his time and stay here until the courtroom drama was more or less over and Bob had been relocated.
