Snapping at the thoughts Cassie giggled a bit, what maturity she had at times. Cake was very much needed in a time like this though.

Leaning back in her seat, Nessa closed her eyes and began to rid herself of any negativity as the salon attendant worker on her feet and started polishing her toes. She had picked out an indigo, her favorite color, for her toes. She wanted the same color to match on her fingers, of course, but she was going to have a little nail art added as well.

She opened her eyes and smiled over at Cassie as she spoke to her. She knew her best friend was trying to lift her spirits and Nessa was doing her best to not take out her mood on her. "Well, that does sound very tempting," she smiled a bit wider. "How can I say no to that?" Chocolate cake did have a way of making the world brighter, even if for a short time.
