Her nerves were on end, her fingers tightly curled around her wand. Right now. That was the only thing she trust down to the core. Her dad's always told her to trust instinct and right now instinct told her to keep her eyes alert...and that she should go back to the castle because this wasn't safe. Or maybe that was her paranoid mind telling her that.

She froze in her track, willing her ears to take every single sound in. "Maybe there's someone else in there," she said, her eyes raking the barrier of the trees.

Just as she proceeded to take another step and invisible wall stopped her. OOMPH! Ugh. Whaaaaaaat?!
