Gryffindor was on FIRE he could feel it. Even though he wasn’t actually paying attention to how many of their flags still remained red behind him. There wasn’t any time to look behind, y’know? He had to focus on all of THESE ones right here! Maybe after hitting a few more of the Yellow and Blue variety, he could make his way back towards home base and play some defense or something.
Surely it would’ve been a better idea to strategize. But then again, since when did any one of his strategies ever work out properly? Never.
So with that in mind, he payed very little attention to strategy and went with his gut. How these things normally worked out in their best way. By random. Speaking of random… This entire mess of flags was starting to look pretty random as well, which meant they HAD to be doing a good job. It was starting to get hard to tell between which section belonged to Ravenclaw and which belonged to Slytherin and vice versa.
So of course Zander HAD to help with it. Was like his duty or something. ”Colovaria!” he pointed quickly at one of the blue flags changing it into a red one and ran in the opposite direction in hopes that someone like Clara hadn’t seen.
Maybe class was fun sometimes. Maybe. But homework would definitely ruin that sentiment, he was sure.
