Covered in splatters of blue and pink paint, Tobias retrieved balloon number three and moved under the path of one of the targets that was moving slightly faster than the last one. He stood there, craning his head back to watch it move for a moment or two, eyeing the pain that already decorated it.

The moment or two passed, and Toby was still staring. It was very easy to get distracted by watching it move, especially with all the pretty paint colours, too. More moments passed, and still Toby stood staring. It wasn't until he copped a couple of paint drops in the face from as a result of someone else's target attempt that he suddenly snapped back to it and remembered he was sort of mid-assignment.

SO. He'd been watching know enough to remember the pattern of movement, and now had a good idea of roughly where the target would be even without looking at it now. If there was a way of controlling how quickly he could send the balloon up into the air, he'd be set for a bullseye. Toby couldn't control the balloon when it was IN the air, but he'd give a good go at trying to determining at what speed it flew up there.

"Alarte Ascendare!" He brandished his wand and focused hard on trying to control the initial lift off. But it was SO HARD because he was still trying to work out whereabouts the target would be at this point. Toby often thought a lot of things in rapid succession, but trying to keep two things in mind at the same time was a whole different level of difficult. But the balloon shot into the air, and then the matter was, literally and figuratively, out of his hands.

SPLAT!

His eyes had flicked up to the target just in time to see the balloon connect and immediately burst open. Not a bullseye, but DEFINITELY on target. He'd TAKE IT. Grinning, Toby stood there, before twiiiiiiirling in the sudden purple rain. Nice
