"You're an attractive girl, you should have attitude as well." Not to mention she also had talent.

"Your welcome." Michael said sincerely. He reached up to play with the small platinum bar in his eyebrow before giving the Ravenclaw a look. "In an art gallery of course. Or...would you prefer your work to be hung in someone's home?" His family had connections with influential people, he could probably talk them into buying her stuff. "Or are you one of those artists who likes to keep the pictures to yourself?"
Clara couldn't tell if his question was serious or whether he was just humouring her. "Uh, you most certainly do," she confirmed, failing to hold back her laughter. She doubted someone with so much attitude didn't know they had attitude. Not that it was a bad thing. What was a bad thing was too much attitude, and she let him know that. "Overconfidence can be some people's downfall, though."

........ Her? "I've been told that before." Both the attractive part and the attitude part. By the same person, coincidently. "I was a lot more confident a few years ago," she informed him, in case that redeemed her at all.

She looked at him, dumbfounded, and scoffed. "Who would want my work in their home?" The idea seemed completely absurd to her. Sure, people had different tastes, and her work would probably appeal to someone out there, but the idea that someone would want her work hung in their home to look at every day .... she just ... couldn't believe that. "I'm not. I think the only people that keep their work to themselves are the ones who are afraid of what their work could reveal about them," Clara said with a shrug.
