It wasn't that he was trying to ship the kid off to another Professor. Simply that Thompson was the creature's Professor, and ergo much more suited to such topics than he was. It was a matter of taking one thing at a time. He just hoped the kid didn't take it as a rejection.
His attention slid to Benny, both to see if he had regained his composure after the Howler and if he had any inquiries of his own to make.
Kace nodded and got what all he needed to know.
"Well thank you Professor Dakest. You did help me a lot.." he took the sheet he made notes on.
"I will come back if I have any more questions.." He did know where he was going and where his future was heading that was a start.
"I shall see you around in lessons.." he said and shook his hand. Then he got his backpack and left the room and on his way to go make an appointment with Professor Thompson.
