"Cross my heart and hope to die. I promise I won't bring any boys of any living species back." She gave him a wink and a polite bow before walking towards the entrance. She didn't tend to ever be that warm and friendly to others, especially boys, but Henric was her toad baby daddy. He was completely different from all of the other boys.

Henric nodded in agreement to her suggestion. "Yeah, that would be great! A good way to keep her healthy and meet new friends of her own," he chuckled,"Yeah why not, I have friends who have pet toads too, I'll ask them if they like to have it a go,"he added.

Did his friend,llia, just did what he thought she did? He was fine with the hugging but he didnt expect the kiss on the cheek too.llia had already left the great hall in search for the pet rocks while Henric just stood there, blinking, dazed at what just happened. It was the first time he had been kissed on the cheek by the opposite gender other than his mother,of course. He didn't have any female cousins, sisters or friends too who did such a thing.llia was the first girl who brazenly, he might add, had act upon it.It felt odd yet strangely pleasant at the same time...

Oh merlin! What was he thinking?! No no...it was a fleeting friendly kind of moment, Henric thought nothing more of it after that.llia was just happy and that was why she did it.Right...that was all. Although Henric might seem to be indifferent towards the gesture, there was always the nudging thought that something ominous was about to fall upon him if ever someone from his house saw that happened.
