Not sure whether she should point this out, or leave it alone in case he was fully aware, Hayley decided on the latter and smiled back a bit more brightly than she had earlier. Mostly, because of his question. "I think so, yeah." She didn't see why not at this point. As for his second inquiry, "Yes, actually.." She mused, if only for a second. Straightening a bit and returning her gaze to his, Hayley's smile grew, just a bit more. "My brother. If I just heard right, he's now a Gryffindor like you." How strange it felt to call Logan her brother. That would take some getting use to. Nice, in a way. But strange no less.

And whether the Diggory girl realized it or not, she was slowly forgetting about her troubles of earlier. Atleast for the moment, but even that was a nice break.. it had been a long, long summer. It was nice to be back.

"And my little cousin, he should be sorted any time now as well." Hayley added, stealing another glance toward the sorting ceremony before looking back to Chance again.
