Beverly wasn't in a terrible mood and she asked herself why? Why wasn't she? She usually was. She should be considering this term's changes. It had to be a seventh year thing. Soon she'd be free from this prison school. Soon she'd be able to travel to her heart's content AND soon she'll get to play with dragons. Real dragons. Of course...that involved more schooling but it was the schooling she'd tolerate.

So with a sort of bounce to her step, Prefect Beverly Wayne strode over the Slytherin table. She took a moment to pause at the end of the table and survey all who were there. Anybody who tried something stupid this term she'd let Caleb deal with it. Last term she had to deal with the Ravenclaw table all on her own and ended up at the Headmistress' office on the first morning back. No waaaay. Not on the first day again. She was sticking to her table, it's where her nose belonged anyway.

Due to the okay mood, she shot a few fellows a greeting. There was Caleb, Aditya, Ethan and Grayson -- the latter whom received the traditional thump on the arm. Was he working those muscles?

Then there was her favorite Snake, and just because she felt like it, Beverly flopped herself next to Cutty Mordaunt and squished him quickly before sitting up straight.
