Looking around there really weren't that many people at the table yet. She had hung out at the Hufflepuff table for a little bit before coming over to her house table and she thought more people would be here.

The sixteen year old remembered when she was new here. She really didn't know how she felt about being a Gryffindor at that point but now she loved it so much. She wasn't as brave as most of the other people here were but she was getting there. The blonde waved at the new student. "Hello." Semi-thick southern accent. Not many here in Scotland. Maybe one other. "I'm Emmylou Duchannes, sixth year. Nice to meet you Jackson." the sixteen year old beamed more. She has an uncle Jaxson and he's super awesome and was a Gryffindor.
