Dexter's feet hit the ground with a hard THUD, and he staggered a little on impact, but otherwise just about managed to keep his balance. He looked around over the heads of some of the other kids in an attempt to get his bearings and... field? ... Right. Thrilling.
Thankfully they had a little time to recover from that experience, and so Dexter dropped the orange blanket and backed away a little from the big clump of kids to try and breathe some fresh air. Portkeys weren't so bad. He never really understood how they made anyone upchuck.

"Eurgh," Dexter said as he caught sight of the Astronomer vomiting into the bushes. He made a disgusted sort of expression and looked AWAY; portkeys didn't make him sick, but seeing other people throwing up might. Shudder. He was going to go stand waaaaaaay over here.
