Herbology isn’t his best subject, and he felt so draggy that day that it didn’t help his mood. He’s been studying too much for his OWLs that he may or may not have been skipping meals and sleep. Even if that’s the case Ethan still made great effort to attend the class because one, it’s one of his weakest subjects, and second, it’s Professor Millard’s class. He’s a good guy so he’s worth Ethan’s attention…and energy.
