Adjusting her mask slightly, grey-blue eyes gazed around the room as she slowly ventured around the side of the dance floor, toward the buffet even though she wasn't very hungry. Listening closely to the music that played and probably not paying enough attention to those closerby, the Ravenclaw continued to gaze around the room, wondering why it was she didn't recognize a single peer yet.

David wasn't particularly excited over this thing, but he decided to go anyway. It would probably still be fun - loads more than staying in his dorm and doing homework or something. His friends would probably be here after all.

But then he was here and...it felt like there was no way he could possibly find his friends in here. Huh. Well...this MIGHT make things a little more difficult.

But that was FINE. He could still socialize. He NEEDED to, really. Homework and studying was so boring and kept him away from hanging out with people. So he was staying.

And there was a pretty girl over there looking kinda lost, so maybe she'd be good to talk to first, whoever she was.

"'Sup," he said with a grin. "Pretty cool party, isn't it?"
